Hello! Emily here, and today I'm sharing my favorite snacks list with ya'll, since that is this week's theme.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal  Chocolate-Chip Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies! Click here to get the recipe. If you make the recipe as-is, it's delicious , but if you add some chocolate chips (like I do), it's even better! :)                     

Cookie Dough Dip

Another favorite snack from CCK! This one is really easy and healthy for you (due to the secret ingredient ;), and also tastes just like real cookie dough! Click here to get the recipe.

Chips and Salsa

I don't have a recipe for this one, but it's another delicious snack. And it is pretty easy to make homemade salsa (I've done it myself!)

No Bake Cookies

My Favorite Apps and Websites

Okay, so I really don't use apps, so most of these are just websites, but some also have apps. 

1. Picmonkey

This is my favorite site ever. Its a photo editing site, and you can use it for free and its got all sorts of cool stuff you can do on it. I make all my post graphics on it. You can also upgrade to Royal membership to have access to more stuff (and no ads), but you can still use the site without having Royal membership. I have it because I use the site to design covers and its worth my money to have access to all the stuff.

(There is no app for this, and you cannot use it on your mobile device, only on your computer in your browser)

2. Wordhippo

Okay, so their logo isn't the coolest, but Word Hippo is really amazing. Its basicly a word database. You can look up opposite words, other words for things, words in different languages,sample sentences with a word, and (My favorite) rhyming words. I use the rhyming words resource all the time for my poetry. 

(This does not have an app, but you can use it on a browser on your mobile device)

3. Pandora

This is a site where you create your own personal radio station. You just put in an artist's name and it creates a station, playing their music and artists like them. 

I have a station for Britt Nicole, and it plays a lot of TobyMac, Jamie Grace and Mandisa, which I love. I also discovered some new arstist that I really love now.

Its a great way to listen to music by artists you love, and maybe find some new ones. 

It does have ads on it, but it has never had anything inappropriate for me. You can pay to have the ads go away, if you like. 

(This can be played on a browser or in their app.)

4. Pinterest

Pinterest is a basically virtual bulletin board of photo. You can have lots of different boards, and pin things to them. 

I love it because I can save off awesome photos, and find photos of my book characters. They have an amazing database of crafting projects and such. 

I would just warn people though, there are no rules about what you can and cannot pin, so there's some bad stuff on there, I would be cautious while on it.

5. NaNoWriMo

NaNoWriMo and its other site Camp NaNoWriMo are an amazing challenge for writers. NaNo runs three times a year. In November they have their biggest challenge: Write 50,000 words in 30 days. In April and July you can choose your own word count goal.
Sometimes all you need as a writer is an incentive to write more, and NaNo allows you to have goal your working towards, and they have prizes they give out at the end to all winners. You also have the chance to write along with tons of other writers.
I love using this because it really motivates me to write.

My favorite Christmas things~

Hello everyone! ^_^ I hope you're all having a fabulous day! :3 I'm super sorry about not posting last week :P
Well, since it's almost Christmas, I thought for a fun, Christmas-y post it would be good to share my favorite Christmas things! :D Let's start, shall we? ;)

My favorite Christmas song- Well, truthfully, it's super hard to pick a favorite, but I'll go with We Wish You a Merry Christmas :D

My favorite Christmas food- HAM. I love ham xD Annddd the good news is we're having that for Christmas this year! *cheers*

My favorite Christmas drink- Cocoa ;D

My favorite Christmas tradition-Probably opening presents on Christmas Eve, and doing stockings on the actual day. I really like that :)

My favorite Christmas decoration- I'm not going to say the family tree, because the Christmas tree is probably everyone's favorite decoration, so I'm gonna go with the miniature pink tree in my bedroom. That doesn't count, does it? LOL!

The best thing to get in my stocking on Christmas day- Probably EOS lip balm or lotion. I love their stuff and I usually get some of it in my stocking xD

My favorite Christmas story- For me, the story of Jesus' birth is my favorite Christmas story, since I'm a Christian :D

My favorite things to do on Christmas- Just hang out with family, read the Christmas story from the Bible, eat, and play with gifts!

My Top 10 Favorite Things about Fall

Hello everyone!! ^_^
Today (since I've done a ton of nature photoshoots lately and it's time for a change) I thought I'd share with you my top 10 favorite things about fall! So grab a cup of coffee (or hot cocoa if you're not a coffee fan... LOL), sit back, and enjoy!!! :D

Alright, let's begin! :)

1. COOLER WEATHER! In the summer where I live, our highs are like in the 115's so cooler weather is much appreciated ^_^

2. Sweaters!

(sorry for the bad pic xD) 

I <3 my sweaters :D Oops- I realized I forgot to show my puffy ones :P Oh well :P

3. Leaves changing colors! The leaves in my yard are changing their colors, and I'm super excited! :D Here are some pics ;D

I wonder what bit out of this leaf... LOL!

4. Hot cocoa! I LOVE hot cocoa. Mhhm. Okay, now I'm dying to have some XD

5. Fuzzy socks ;D I also have a strange obsession with them, LOL!

6. CHRISTMAS!!! Yup, everyone is probably excited for that to roll around! Fall is super close to Christmas, so there's another reason to love fall ^_^  * starts singing Jingle Bells*

7. Being able to put away the flip- flops! Here in the summer you practically never get to wear close-toe shoes because it's just so hot! I loooooovvvveee to take out my Bob's/ Tom's and Converse. My favorite shoes are probably

8. Garage sales! Garage saling is something I just love to do, and in the fall there are a bunch of good sales, unlike the summer ;)

9. Family get-togethers! Both sides of my Grandparents are visiting my family soon, and I'm so excited! :D 

Wow, that went fast! My 10th favorite thing about fall is how the sun rises in the morning so late, love that! In the summer I used to get up at 7 AM, and today I got up at 9! I love to sleep in ;D

Overall, I really love fall! The only reason why I don't like it is that now I can't swim in our backyard pool :( But at least my swim club is year- round, and I can still practice there! :)
