Hey guys! Glad to be back! As you probably know, Valentines Day is
coming up, and you'll soon find out that today's post has nothing to do
with it. (maybe next week) I'm sharing a recipe for a delicious peanut
butter banana shake!
You'll need:
1-2 cups of milk of your choice
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 banana
1 scoop of protein powder (completely optional)
a blender
1-2 cups of milk of your choice

Put everything into your blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and drink up!

ReplyDeleteOoh! This looks so good!! I will make it for sure. Do you think it would taste good with coconut milk? I am allergic to dairy and recently found out that almonds aren't good for me either, so no more almond milk for me! ;)
